Welcome to TERRAMAR VOYAGES LLC (“TerraMar Voyages,” “TerraMar”, ”we,” “us,” or “our”). These Travel Services Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the travel planning and advisory services provided by TERRAMAR VOYAGES LLC to our clients (“CLIENT,” , “TRAVELER”, “YOU,” or “YOUR”).
By requesting or purchasing travel planning services from TERRAMAR VOYAGES LLC, submitting a booking request, paying a planning fee, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
About TerraMar Voyages
TerraMar Voyages LLC is a travel advisory and planning business that assists clients in researching, designing, and arranging personalized travel experiences.
TerraMar Voyages LLC may arrange travel products and services offered by independent third-party Travel Suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, destination management companies, travel insurance providers, and other travel-related businesses (“Travel Suppliers”).
TerraMar Voyages LLC does not own, operate, control, or guarantee the services provided by independent Travel Suppliers.
Each Travel Supplier may have its own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, payment requirements, restrictions, and refund policies. Those policies apply in addition to these Terms.
Our Planning Experience
TerraMar Voyages LLC currently offers four primary planning experiences:
The Local Escape
Designed for personalized travel within the United States of America.
Planning Fee: $50
The Global Escape
Designed for personalized international travel. International travel must depart and return within the United States.
Planning Fee: $100
The Group Escape
Designed for groups of four or more travelers.
Planning Fee: Starting at $200
The Signature Journey
Our premier bespoke planning experience for complex, luxury, multi-destination, extended, or highly customized journeys.
Planning Fee: Starting at $250
TerraMar Voyages LLC reserves the right to recommend a different planning experience when the scope or complexity of a requested trip is better suited to another service.
We do not have the authorization to provide travel arrangement services for any or all individuals residing outside of the United States of America.
Complimentary Discover Call
TerraMar Voyages LLC offers a complimentary 30-minute Discovery call for prospective clients.
The Discover Call is intended to:
Learn about your travel vision and preferences
Discuss potential destinations
Understand your anticipated travel dates and priorities
Determine which TerraMar planning experience may be appropriate
Answer preliminary questions regarding our services.
The Discovery Call does not constitute a complete travel consultation, booking, or guarantee of pricing or availability.
Travel planning services begin only after the applicable planning fee has been accepted and paid, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Planning Fees
Planning fees compensate TerraMar Voyages LLC for the professional time, research, expertise, itinerary development, communication, and administrative work involved in designing your travel experience.
Planning fees are separate from:
Airfare
Accommodations
Cruise fare
Transportation
Tours and excursions
Dining reservations
Travel Insurance
Supplier deposits
Taxes and government fees
Baggage Fees
Resort Fees
Other travel-related expenses
Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees are non-refundable once planning services have commenced.
A planning fee does not constitute a deposit toward the cost of your travel arrangements and is not credited toward supplier charges.
Traveler Information and Accuracy
TerraMar Voyages LLC relies on information provided by the “Client” to design and arrange travel.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including, when applicable:
Full legal names
Dates of Birth
Contact Information
Travel Dates
Destination Preferences
Accommodation Preferences
Special Requests
Mobility or Accessibility Needs
Passport or Travel Document Information
Payment Information when required
You are responsible for reviewing all information provided to TerraMar Voyages LLC and promptly notifying us of any errors or changes.
TerraMar Voyages LLC is not responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly provided information.
Itinerary Design & Revisions
TerraMar Voyages LLC creates personalized itineraries based on the information, preferences, and priorities provided by the Client.
Itinerary recommendations may include accommodations, transportation, transportation, activities, dining suggestions, excursions, destination experiences, and other travel components.
The number and scope of itinerary revisions may vary depending on the planning experience purchased.
Significant changes to an itinerary after planning has begun, including substantial changes to destinations, travel dates, travelers, trip length, or overall scope, may require an additional planning fee.
Any additional planning fee will be communicated to the Client before additional planning work is undertaken.
Travel Supplier Bookings
When authorized by the Client, TerraMar Voyages LLC may facilitate reservations with the Travel Supplier.
Travel Supplier reservations are subject to the supplier’s own:

Restrictions
Once reservation has been confirmed, the Client is responsible for understanding and complying with the applicable Travel Supplier’s policies.
TerraMar Voyages LLC does not guarantee that a particular accommodation, flight, cabin, room, category, excursion, restaurant, or other travel product will remain available until payment or confirmation is completed.
Pricing & Availability
Travel prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the applicable Travel Supplier.
A price discussed during a Discovery Call, consultation, email, itinerary presentation, or other communication does not constitute a guaranteed price unless the applicable Travel Supplier has confirmed the reservation.
Supplier pricing may change due to availability, demand, currency fluctuations, promotions, fees, or other factors.
TerraMar Voyages LLC is not responsible for price increases imposed by the Travel Supplier.
Deposits & Final Payments
Travel Supplier deposits and final payments are separate from TerraMar Voyages LLC planning fees.
Clients are responsible for meeting all applicable supplier payment deadlines.
Failure to make a required payment by the suppliers deadline may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, additional fees, or loss of availability.
TerraMar Voyages LLC will communicate known payment deadlines to the Client; however, the Client remains responsible for ensuring that required payments are completed on time
Cancellations & Changes
Travel cancellations and changes are governed primarily by the applicable Travel Supplier’s policies.
Cancellation or modification of a travel reservation does not automatically entitle the Client to a refund of TerraMar Voyages’ planning fee.
Additional planning work required as a result of a Client-requested cancellation, rebooking, destination change, date change, or other substantial modification may be subject to additional planning fees.
Any supplier-imposed cancellation fee, change fees, penalties, or non-refundable charges remain the responsibility of the Client.
Travel Insurance
TerraMar Voyages LLC strongly recommends that Clients consider comprehensive travel insurance appropriate for their trip.Travel insurance coverages vary by provider and policy.
TerraMar Voyages LLC is not an insurance company and does not guarantee that any particular claim will be covered.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the policy terms, exclusions, limitations, and coverage amounts before purchasing insurance.
Passports, Visa, & Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for their journey.
This may include:
Valid passports
Visas
Electronic Travel Authorizations
Entry Permits
Transit Requirements
Identification
Consent Documentation for minors
Other Destination-Specific Documentation
TerraMar Voyages LLC may provide general guidance regarding travel documentation and destination requirements; however, requirements change and the travelers remain responsible for confirming that they satisfy all applicable entry and travel requirements.
Travelers should consult official government resources and other appropriate authorities when necessary.
Health, Accessibility & Special Requests
Clients should inform TerraMar Voyages LLC of relevant accessibility requirements, dietary needs, mobility considerations, or other special requests as early as possible.
TerraMar Voyages LLC will communicate applicable requests to Travel Suppliers when appropriate.
Special requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the applicable Travel Supplier.
Clients are responsible for determining whether their travel arrangements are appropriate for their individual needs and circumstances.
Travel Disruptions & Changes
Travel plans may be affected by circumstances outside the control of TerraMar Voyages LLCLLC, including:
Flight delays or cancellations
Cruise itinerary changes
Weather
Natural Disasters
Transportation Disruptions
Strikes
Government Actions
Border Restrictions
Civil Unrest
Supplier Operational Changes
Other Unforeseen Circumstances
TerraMar Voyages LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist Clients with communications, rebooking, or alternative arrangements when appropriate and when such assistance is available.
TerraMar Voyages LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of a Supplier’s decision or control the availability, pricing, or policies of third-party providers.
Force Majeure
TerraMar Voyages LLC shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its services when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, telecommunication failures, or other events beyond TerraMar Voyage’s reasonable control.
TerraMar Voyages’ Role & Limitation of Liability
TerraMar Voyages LLC acts as a travel advisor and facilitator and is not the provider of transportation, accommodations, tours, cruises, excursions, or other third-party travel services unless expressly stated otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law. TerraMar Voyages LLC is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, inconvenience, expense, or other harm caused by the acts or omissions of independent Travel Suppliers or circumstances beyond TerraMar Voyages’ reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Client Responsibility During Travel
Travelers are responsible for:
Arriving at airports, ports, hotels, and other departure points on time.
Comply with airline, cruise, hotel, tour, and transportation policies.
Maintaining possession of personal belongings and travel documents.
Following applicable laws and regulations.
Confirming required documentation.
Follow health, safety , and destination requirements.
Reviewing final travel documents before departure.
Travelers should promptly notify TerraMar Voyages LLC or significant issues when assistance may reasonably be provided.
Communication
TerraMar Voyages LLC may communicate with Clients through email, telephone, text message, scheduling platforms, client portals, or other communication methods agreed upon during the planning process.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring communications related to their travel arrangements.
Certain communications, including supplier payment deadlines and travel changes, may require prompt action.
Discover/Design Call Recording & AI- Assisted Note Taking
To improve accuracy and maintain detailed records of travel preferences and planning discussions, TerraMar Voyages LLC may offer the option to record Discover & Design Calls. Recording is not required to receive travel planning services.
When recording is used, TerraMar Voyages LLC will request the Client’s consent before recording begins. A Client may decline recording and continue the consultation using other available note-taking methods.
With appropriate consent , TerraMar Voyages LLC may use technology, including artificial intelligence-assisted tools, to help transcribe, organize, or summarize consultation information for travel-planning purposes.
Recording, transcripts, notes, and related information will be handled in accordance with TerraMar Voyage LLC’s Privacy Policy.
TerraMar Voyages LLC does not represent that AI-generated transcripts or summaries are error-free. Important travel details will be reviewed and verified as part of the planning process.
Privacy
TerraMar Voyages LLC respects the privacy of its Clients. Personal information may be collected and used to:
Communicate with Clients
Provide travel planning services
Process bookings
Communicate with Travel Suppliers
Process payments
Maintain business records
Improve services
Provide requested marketing communication.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the TerraMar Voyages LLC name, logo, branding, website content, written material, original itinerary content, graphics, and other original material created by TerraMar Voyages LLC or are used with appropriate permission.
Clients may use their personalized travel documents for their personal travel purposes.
No TerraMar Voyages LLC materials may be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Third-Party Websites & Services
TerraMar Voyages LLC may provide links to websites or services operated by third parties. TerraMar Voyages LLC does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, or terms.
Clients are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers before submitting personal information or completing transactions through those websites.
Client Conduct
TerraMar Voyages LLC reserves the right to discontinue services to a Client whose conduct is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
If services are discontinued due to Client conduct, any applicable supplier cancellation policies and TerraMar Voyages’ planning-fee policies will continue to apply.
Complaints & Service Concerns
TerraMar Voyages LLC values open communication and encourages Clients to contact us promptly if they have a concern regarding their reveal planning experience.
We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and communicate with applicable Travel Suppliers when appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
Because TerraMar Voyages LLC is organized and operated in New Hampshire, New Hampshire law may apply to the relationship between TerraMar Voyages LLC and its Clients to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any specific jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, or dispute- resolution provision should be reviewed and finalized with qualified legal counsel.
Changes to These Terms
TerraMar Voyages LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on the TerraMar Voyages LLC website (www.terramarllc.com) with the applicable effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations that have already been established unless required or permitted by applicable law.
Severability
If any provisions of these Terms are determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable written agreement, booking confirmation, supplier terms, planning-fee agreement, privacy policy, and other documents expressly incorporated into the Client travel arrangements, constitute the applicable agreement between TerraMar Voyages LLC and the Client regarding the services provided.
If a conflict exists between these Terms and a Travel Supplier’s terms, the Travel Supplier’s terms may govern the applicable travel product or reservation.
