At TerraMar Voyages, we believe the key to any successful trip is providing personalized itineraries catered to the traveler’s style. For our New Clients, we offer a 30 minute Complimentary Discover Call designed to answer your questions, get to know you and your travel goals. After discussing your ideal trip, we will recommend which of our services would be best suited for your vision.
Collaborate

After your Discovery Call, you’ll receive our Traveler Profile & Preference Form. This allows us to gather your travel style, preferences, budget, and must-have experiences. Once we’ve reviewed your responses and received the applicable planning fee, you’ll receive link to schedule your Design Call, where we’ll collaborate to refine every detail of your trip.
Design

We’ll thoughtfully design your personalized itinerary and present it for your review. Once approved, we’ll confirm your reservations, process supplier deposits, and prepare all required travel documentation.
Finalize

As your departure approaches, you’ll receive your final itinerary, travel documents, destination-specific recommendations, and a pre-departure travel checklist. Any remaining balances will be collected according to supplier payment schedules.

It’s time to relax and enjoy your journey. While you travel, TerraMar Voyages remains available to provide support whenever your need us, so you can focus on creating unforgettable memories

During this collaborative meeting, we’ll present a thoughtfully curated itinerary to your travel style, preferences, and goals. Together, we’ll review every detail, refine your selections, and make any adjustments needed until your itinerary feel just right. Once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll confidently move forward with securing your reservations.
